Negotiating with clients, such as international traders, construction companies, architects, export companies, mining companies, top-level companies in the Oil and Gas sector.
He has successfully developed and implemented company and brand projects and, above all, opened markets, both national and international.

CFO
Highly qualified professional with a solid academic background in accounting and auditing. With experience in leading companies in the financial and real estate sectors, she has served as CFO at the Stronghold Group, supervising financial management and investor relations, including Goldman Sachs. Previously, she worked as Senior Accountant at Opel Bank SA, contributing to accounting under IFRS standards. Additionally, she contributed her auditing experience to KPMG, where she audited banking institutions and prominent corporations such as BBVA and BMW. Her experience spans multiple financial and tax areas, supported by language skills such as Spanish, Russian and Romanian, and knowledge of key IT tools such as SAP and Bloomberg. Her profile stands out for her entrepreneurial capacity and ease of working in multidisciplinary teams. She currently joins the Viroque group as CFO.
Currently, María holds the position of CFO at the Viroque Group. With a solid track record in the financial and real estate sector, María has accumulated valuable experience in previous roles, including her outstanding performance at the Stronghold Group. In her current position, María brings her experience in strategic financial management, reporting to investors and senior management, treasury supervision, management control and compliance with tax policies. Her proven ability to consolidate financial statements and establish strong internal controls is a critical asset to the success of the Viroque Group.

He is an expert in fuel trading and market analysis with experience at CEPSA Madrid, leading sales initiatives and development of complex contracts. Previously, he worked as a trading analyst at the same company and has experience in public relations at BCW GLOBAL and business development at TEKLYNX INTERNATIONAL, excelling in key account management and growth strategies. Currently in the Viroque group he is in charge of the daily operations of the company. Among the main activities, the negotiation of the volumes we manage stands out, both in Diesel and Gasoline. He is also the person in charge of developing new trading activities, including a new department (Bunker) and operations (derivatives and Hedging).

Graduated from the University of Lisbon and with subsequent training in the financial and trading area, particularly commodities trading, in London. He worked as a national sales manager in the motor world. Later he gained experience in business intermediation in the areas of oil, fuels and agricultural commodities.
In his most recent years, his experience has focused mainly on liquid fuels working for global trading houses.
He also develops functions as an “angel investor” in the area of fintech and IT in general.

Alejandro is a professional with solid experience in financial control, especially in the context of mergers and acquisitions in Mobility & New Commerce BU, experience acquired at CEPSA. His outstanding performance in the development of financial models has been fundamental in complex financial projects. Currently, as a trading analyst at the Viroque group, he focuses on cash management, margin analysis and the development and support of strategic operations. With an outstanding academic background, including a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance and Accounting, as well as an MBA focused on Energy, Alejandro brings a valuable combination of skills and knowledge to the Viroque team. His experience in finance and commerce is an essential asset for the company.

I have led a team as Financial Controller, supervising international projects, preparing reporting focused on financial analysis, efficient project management and compliance with accounting regulations. My experience includes previous roles as Senior Accountant in the Renewable Energy sector and independent Accounting and Tax Advisor in Venezuela, leading a team and providing services to more than 15 companies. Currently working on the development of Green Hydrogen and Green Methanol Generation Projects, he also works on the operations of our Natural Gas and Electricity marketing company where we have a license in more than 7 countries.

My work experience includes key roles, such as Real Estate Trader, where I apply my negotiation and real estate management skills to facilitate successful transactions, and Business Development (Go To Market), where I have played a crucial role in developing business strategies, contributing to the growth of a leading security company.
In my current position at the Viroque group, I am in charge of the daily operations of the company. Among the main activities, are the purchase and sale of petroleum products, specifically Diesel and Gasoline in the financial and commodity markets, the negotiation of the volumes we manage and their prices, as well as logistics management.
